Cons:

Không đánh giá về phòng được vì ko có cơ hội ở. Nhà mình đi phượt bằng ô tô, thích đâu dừng đó. Lúc đầu đã định ở lại Huế nhưng sau khi ăn trưa còn sớm nên gia đình quyết định đi sang Đà Nẵng. Đặt phòng trên Booking, chủ Homes còn gọi xác nhận mấy giờ đến để tiện đón tiếp. Vậy mà chỉ ít phút sau, chủ home đã gọi báo hết phòng. Vậy phòng trống trên Booking là gì? Nghe nói hôm đó Đà nẵng Hội An cháy phòng, chắc có lẽ có người đặt giá tốt hơn nên hủy phòng của gia đình mình. Nói chung là nguyên nhân thế nào thì kết quả cũng rất tệ!

لم تكون الغرفة كما حجزنا. كان السرير الاخر في وسط الصالة، الغرفة و الصالة جدا صغيرة و لا توجد بلكونه كما هو موضح في الصور. لم اسكن و لا ساعة. تركت السكن و استاجرت في مكان ثاني

Nothing good was there about the host nor the stay at all , they cancelled my booking and did not allowe me to enter the facility even though i had the booking confirmed he texted me you are not allowed to enter because you haven't transferred the money via bank account though the payment type was based on pay at the properly.

Хозяева очень гостеприимные и отзывчивые. Расположение хорошее прям возле моря. В апартаментах с видом на пляж было две комнаты, одна видовая, вторая более тихая и я смогла хорошо отдохнуть. Есть кухня и все необходимое для приготовлении еды, также стиральная машина, что несомненно является большим преимуществом для меня. Рада была проживать в этом месте.

this was a great vacation
Pros:

had a wonderful stay at the beachfront apartment at Anstay Beach. The ocean view from the room was truly amazing — waking up to the sound of the waves and the peaceful, clean beach was unforgettable. You can even go paddle-boarding (SUP) right in front of the building, which was a fantastic experience.

There’s also a very beautiful café called Cá Gỗ just 200 meters away, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The apartment itself is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly, helpful, and always ready to support whenever needed.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable beach getaway.
