Pros:

The hotel is situated very close to Laxman jhula.
One of the best stays in Tapovan.
The hotel is very neat and clean, the staff are very polite and helpful. The facilities provided are top notch. The food served is also very tasty and the view on the rooftop is also great.

Pros:

The hotel has great potential. Good, clean rooms. Nice balconies. A roof terrace with a view and comfortable mattresses. This potential is completely ruined by the manager's incompetence. He allows other guests to party in the hallway until 3 a.m., with very loud music and smoking and drinking hotel guests right outside my room door. Despite my repeated complaints, he did nothing and failed to get the problem under control. I stayed at this hotel for an extended period, and these incidents occurred at least three times in one week. Since I was hoping it would stop, as he had repeatedly promised me that it would, I didn't change hotels. The manager is more concerned with his cell phone instead of worrying about the guests' sleep. It would be fair to write on Booking that this is a party hotel for young Indians. Not for tourists who want to sleep at night.

Average hotel next to the center
Pros:

We booked for one day and asked the staff to extend our stay. They initially agreed without any issues, but the next day, they tried to charge us more than the agreed price.

The hotel itself is average, with good amenities and clean, cozy rooms, but it didn’t feel very welcoming. That’s why we decided to move to another place.

We went there but no one was bothered to attend us. The guys at reception gave us a unkind look & were laughing in absurd way. We decided to move out.

Good value for money
Pros:

The location, nice bathroom.

Cons:

My room didn’t really have a window (a small balcony facing other people which you wouldn’t open anyway). The staff have little regard towards silence, the cleaner was blasting music in the morning, they were also creating a lot of noise around midnight (moving something?, running).

Catched a cold because they don’t have heat in rooms

Cons:

It’s in a very steep hilly area and you need to make an important effort to get to the main road. It was winter and very cold at night and they don’t have heat in the rooms. We got sick and catched a serious cold that ruined the rest of our trip and even though they tried to solve the the second night with a very small furnace for the room size it was still very cold and could not sleep.
