Not happy, surely not recommending for others
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Housekeeping is very poor, dead fly and spiders are floating in the swimming pool, water quality is very poor, just like pond.
Maintenance is also very poor, staffs are less responsive

We enjoy the stay
Pros:

Room, ambience, Staff behavior.

Cons:

Soap can be little better. just advice : Small size DOVE (Rs. 10 for 1 family 2 days)
Chicken & Mutton item is so SPICEY... rest fine
You can check the "Mutton Karai" of "Joyti Restaurant", beside your property

The stay was good. It can be much improved if breakfast, tea options would be available at hotel.
Pros:

The thing which we liked it was the swimming pool. It is a covered clean pull. Not too big but still it is a good one. The rooms are very well-decorated. Washroom facilities are also very good.

Cons:

There was a full facility restaurant. However the staff informed that restaurant is non-operational. Though it was understood as we were the only guests in the hotel so they were claiming to be "nonoperational". The hotel's rooms are excellent, the owner is trying to develop a very beautiful property with all up-to-date facilities. But it is also required to keep well-trained staffs who know the basics of hotel management.
