Reception behaviour very bad. Charged extra and not provided bill and misbehave.
No lift for 4th floor, When arrived in evening room was not ready even though we paid booking amount well in advance. Had to qait for around 40minutes for room. No lock was in place for door. Its a residential building which is forcefully converted to hotel rooms without any basic facilities.
I was said that booking is cancelled by hotel staff. Worst experience
Unhygienic and smelly
Staff was friendly . Location was nice ,room was clean .all equipment are working properly .
There was no wifi connection . They says in advertisement ther is a wifi but when we visit and stay they told me no wifi .

The room was in a bad condition. Whitewash coming off, bedsheets were dirty. Even after asking, they didn't change the room.
The area was quiet, not much guests.
The jet spray in the toilet was broken, the floors were not cleaned. The commode was dirty. The bedsheet had burn holes, which was very uncomfortable while sleeping.

No service at all.. No elevator, no side table (in the room) unorganised bathroom, no toiletries, nothing was good except Location..
1 of the receptionist Mr. Taiger was very very rude and asking extra money.. Pathetic experience..
