Would not recommend this hotel

Cons:

We were really exited for our stay. But it changed fast when we got our room. It was dirty on the floor, the bed had stains but our biggest concern was the mold. Why wouldn’t you clean it of the wall and the chair before your know a guest is coming? I get that it’s coming back because of the wet climate up in the mountains. But it’s not okey to give a moldy room to a guest.

We got our money back and the receptionist were really kind. That was the only good thing.

Si c’était à choisir, je ne reprendrais pas cet hôtel
Pros:

Bonne literie et un rapport qualité prix qui reste acceptable

Cons:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est dangereux encore plus en cas de pluie : certes on est proche du centre ville mais on a une grosse pente ultra raide à descendre pour rejoindre l’entrée.
L’humidité de la pièce est à revoir : la chambre est humide et il peut même faire froid (le chauffage ne fonctionne qu’à moitié).

Hồ bơi view rất đẹp, hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm.

Cons:

Pros:

Personalet var super søde og værelserne var fine og rene og det var tæt på byens centrum.

Cons:

Morgenmaden blev serveret på værelset mellem kl. 7.30-8.00, hvilket var tidligt for os og vi blev vækket af morgenmaden hver dag. Det ku ha været rart hvis man selv ku vælge hvornår morgenmaden sku komme.

It was amazing!
Pros:

I really liked how big my room was. The mountain view from my balcony was breathtaking, especially in the morning. I didn't even know that there was a free breakfast. The breakfast includes a sandwich, tea, coffee, and a watermelon. It was really delicious!

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the unstable wifi. I'm not sure if it's because the hotel is on top of a mountain, but I couldn't use the wifi, and I resorted to using my mobile data instead. I hope they fix this issue soon.

Very dirty, would not recommend.
Pros:

We spoke to the manager the next morning, they were very understanding and gave us a full refund.
you can see the Fansipan from the pool.

Cons:

Terrible stay! Dirty bathroom, and bedwear. High humidity, so everything mouldy AND WET. Cockroaches everywhere.
It lays on a very steep hill, no taxi will drive there, every time you want to go somewhere you have to climb half a mountain up (even with all your luggages.)
Pool is very well fotographed in the pictures, it is very small and dirty, there is no sunbed to lay down.
We couldn’t stay there, not even one night, and left in the middle of the night!

Sky meets the mountain
Pros:

The view is amazing!! The staff are accommodating and welcoming. Free breakfast is good but I hope they changebit every day and small portion. It's too big dor 1 person so some got wasted.

Cons:

The location as its steep, specially when u have luggage. Taxis wont go near the hotel. You have to walk through the steep road so not good if you are with seniors. Bathroom has no heater so water is cold.

This is a charming hotel in a perfect central location. It’s very convenient both for hiking trips and exploring other attractions in the area. Breakfast is tasty (with two options to choose from) and served right to your room in the morning. There’s also a nice lounge area on the 4th floor where you can relax, along with a pool. What really makes the stay special is the staff incredibly friendly, caring, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable. Thank you so much!

There was no street noise. Off the street. Staff were lovely. Handy location.

Cons:

The shower was a bit odd. There was a construction going on next door, which was not the property’s thought but has influenced the rating.
The walk up was a bit steep.

Уютный отель с видом на горы недалеко от центра Сапа.
Pros:

Отель оправдал все наши ожидания! Сами связались с нами, уточнив какой номер мы хотим (нам очень важен был балкон с видом).
Номера были отличными:просторные, чистые, удобные, с видом на горы, балконом. Наверху бассейн(не удалось воспользоваться, все 3 дня шёл дождь).
Белье чистое, кровать удобная, шкаф, вентилятор, зонтики.
Завтрак порционный приносят в номер( мы брали большой, вкусный, сытный гамбургер).
Приехали рано утром, нас покормили завтраком прямо на рецепшн(поменяли на последний, так как уезжали поздно вечером предыдущего дня), оставили вещи пошли гулять. Номер предоставили раньше заявленного времени, сообщив нам сообщением.
Предлагали помочь взять билеты на слипбас.
Рядом рестораны, магазины,кофейни, прачечные( сдавали вещи, так как высушить из за постоянного дождя, было невозможно).
Недалеко от самого центра, парка, отель Плаза ( вход на Фансипан) минут 7-8, но в горку! До деревни КатКат можно дойти пешком.

Cons:

Такси не подвозит к отелю, а он сильно на горке. С багажом и туди и обратно на такси шли метров 100.
