Pros:

Room was large and very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Staff let us check in at 3am.

Cons:

The pool looks nothing like the photos and hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Close to main town but it is a steep walk uphill.

Leckeres Frühstück, allerdings gibt es nur zwei Auswahlmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Wasser aus dem Waschbecken lief nicht ab, nach dem Duschen ist durch eine fehlende Lüftung eine unfassbar hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer, ausserdem ist alles nass

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel war überbucht und man teilte es mir erst später mit, als ich schon dort war und meine Tasche bis 14 Uhr zum Check-in dort lassen musste (aufgrund der Überbuchung stand also meine Tasche 2 Tage an einer Rezeption, weil ich jedes Mal erst spät einchecken konnte, trotz ihrer Fehler). Ich bekam eine unsaubere andere Unterkunft mit Bettwäsche vom Vorgänger und nassen Tassen und Zahnputzbechern, schmutzigen Wasserhähnen etc. Kein Geld zurück und Booking.com sollte nichts erfahren. Wiedergutmachung sollte ein Zimmer mit Bergblick sein. Frühstück war top, Personal auch nett, aber keine Erstattung für das Theater, traurig!!! Wurde einfach nicht mehr drüber gesprochen.

Pros:

Location is close to the City Center.

Cons:

Hotel is located on steep slopes and a very narrow road. The taxi did not want to dive all the way to the gate, we had to walk 150 meters with luggage on steep slope.

Breakfast was sandwich and coffee. Bread was dry and cold, eggs and coffee were cold.

Pros:

The views were magnificent when the fog had faded. There was a rooftop pool and they had electric blankets on the beds which was a nice touch as Sapa was very cold when we visited. They brought breakfast to us in bed also!
