Cons:

We booked a room, even received a confirmation mail n msg regarding our bookings .we even cross checked it for confirming our stay.we got positive reverts but after at the time of checkin They literally denied the booking saying rooms are full, not available even after booking do days before.
Pathetic experience!!!
