Pros:

Hero's garden was a breath of fresh air and the perfect way to end our 2 weeks in Italy. I cancelled my prior Airbnb in Rome to stay here due to all the great reviews and I was so happy I did. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4- the breakfast was huge compared to anything we had and it had EGGS which had not been seen in 2 weeks. The cappuccinos came in LARGE cups, THANK YOU, haha and one of the workers even made a homemade cake which was delicious. They helped us get to and from the airport, the train station and even dinner one night. The grounds of hero's garden are absolutely stunning. We had a night flight and they let us spend the day lounging by the pool and then let us change and get ready in a large room with a beautiful bathroom, even after we had checked out. 10/10 and would highly recommend if you are like us and not lovers of 24/7 city life.

השירות שקיבלנו היה ברמה יוצאת דופן!
השירות והיחס של האנשי צוות היה מדהים!!!
במיוחד בחורה בשם פרנסיס שעשתה הכל מהלב!
הגענו מאוחר בגלל בעיה מול חברת השכרת הרכבים, פרנסיס חיכתה לנו עד שעה מאוחרת ודאגה להכין לנו משהו לאכול למרות שהמטבח כבר היה סגור היא עשתה את זה מרצון ומהלב!
אנחנו בהחלט נחזור!

Un’immersione rilassante nella natura, a pochi minuti dal centro di Roma.
Pros:

Ho prenotato per una notte a causa di un impegno presso l’Ospedale Sant’Andrea. L’hotel è la struttura più vicina all’ospedale, raggiungibile in meno di 5 minuti in macchina o circa 15 minuti a piedi. Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa dalla bellezza del posto, immerso nella natura e circondato da alberi, che rendono il soggiorno tranquillo e rilassante.
Lo staff è stato molto gentile ed educato. La camera era pulitissima, ben organizzata e confortevole. Anche la colazione, disponibile a pagamento (inclusa in alcune tipologie di camera), è stata una piacevole sorpresa: deliziosa e con un’ampia scelta. Parcheggio gratuito e sicuro all’interno della struttura.

Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

The hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been! The main thanks is to the staff! They were so helpful and kind, that I couldn’t imagine. They organized the breakfast before the usual time, helped me in everything! The room was huge and beautiful, it was like villa. The bed was very comfortable! The breakfast was wonderful. I will definitely come back here!

A perfect and relaxing place to unwind after a busy three week vacation in Italy.
Pros:

The facility is beautiful and is accurately described and depicted in the advertisements. The staff are absolutely amazing and provided professional, efficient and friendly service. We were relaxing after a three week vacation in Italy and Hero's Garden Relias provided a spa like atmosphere in which to do so.

Cons:

This is simply a note for readers and not a "dislike" by any means. While Hero's Garden is a beautiful place to relax it is quietly located in farm lands so be prepared to use the car service provided or consider a rental car if you wish to day trip from the facility.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel zum entspannen.
Pros:

Etwas ausserhalb von Rom gelegen. Somit schön ruhig. Sehr schönes Zimmer und absolut schöner Pool! Klein aber fein! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Hundegebell der Nachbarschaft in der Nacht war etwas störend. Aber diese Hunde braucht es zur Sicherheit.

Tolles Hotel mit guter Ausstattung tollem Pool und sehr schönen Garten.

Cons:

Leider keine Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Obwohl es so schön außerhalb liegt hört man die Autobahn deutlich auch wenn man sie nicht sieht.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war direkt am Pool und die Aussicht legendär. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer und es war sogar gestattet auch nachts den Pool zu nutzen. Sehr kinderfreundlich 👍🏼

Nichts - einfach ein top Service!
