Pros:

La atención del personal fue excelente y la ubicación del hotel te permite visitar muchos lugares caminando

El enchufe de corriente del baño estaba dentro de la regadera y el agua caliente de la regadera fue intermitente

Pros:

La ubicación está súper bien

Cons:

El agua caliente se acaba super rápido, pedimos un jabón y nos lo llevaron ya casi que nos íbamos, la cama está horrible, y jamás nos agarro el internet en la habitación, yo necesitaba trabajar y nunca pude con el internet del hotel.

Acogedor y todo esta muy cerca del Hotel
Pros:

La atención de Felipe y la Ubicación ya que esta muy cerca de todo en el centro del mercado así de muchas cafeterías locales que preparan el pan recién hecho y un gran café, tiene unas salas a la entrada donde puedes relajarte mientras tomas tu café,

Cons:

Que no nos pudimos quedar mas tiempo, ya que fuimos por 3 días

After seeing the poor state of the room, I left. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no other options.
Pros:

It has a good location.

Cons:

The property was locked when I arrived. There was no signage outside saying it was the Black Tree Hotel.

Inside the room it was mouldy below the air conditioner and in a ceiling corner of the shower. There was a mouldy corner in the room. The armchair had stains on it. A pillowcase was ripped and had spots from mould or mildew. There were visible gaps around the door and doorframe. Some fixtures were broken or generally in poor condition.

I did not stay after seeing the condition of the room. I was offered to change rooms but did not feel comfortable there so I found alternative accommodation. I was not offered a refund for either of the two nights I booked.

This is in no way a 4 star property as claimed on booking.com.
