The location was perfect, with easy availability of Grab for traveling. One thing I really appreciated was the staff’s behavior — he was very helpful. Initially, we paid in USD, but his manager requested payment in VND instead. Since it took some time for us to exchange the currency, he kindly gave us enough time and allowed us to settle the payment on the last day.
What I didn’t particularly like was that the room was just average. The bathroom door lock was not functioning properly. We informed the staff, and he showed us how to lock it, but it required quite a bit of effort each time. The room also felt a little old.overall I honestly enjoyed my stay here.
Rude staff knocking on our room door multiple times at 1am while trying to sleep, moved us to a room that stank of smoke
A balcony and a view from the window are only mentioned in the description. In reality, the window is bricked up, preventing fresh air from entering the room. Consequently, there is no view. The bathroom also lacks ventilation.

location was ok. they had no other service like breakfast etc. provided a taxi for pickup/ drop off for a small fee, less then the taxis. room was big and clean.
you had lifts from ground level which I liked as at other place had to use stairs to get to the lifts. good for diabled people.
had to use a text converter to comunicate with reception most of the time. cash payment only as they did not have a card reader but payment could be made by scanning, if you live in the country I think.
Photos looks like taken from totaly other hotel. We come and told what room whey don't have for as, gave other room without wiev true window. All thigs was looked old in the room, we just left. I am not recommend this, Sorry

No english speaking staff so was hard to discuss related to booking
it's more like a brothel with pimps instead of staff. immediately offer massage. on comments that my room should be with a window, as indicated in the booking, the staff simply gave me my passport and told me to leave the hotel. rudeness and ignorance
