As hotel guests we felt squeezed in between various functions which were demanding all staff attention
Pros:

Nice grounds to enjoy but only when birthday parties and receptions were over and those guests left. Until then too busy and noisy and all outside guests hogged the parking.

Cons:

It is either a hotel or an events venue. Difficult to do both.
