Meals are free of charge for children aged 5 years.

Children aged 7 years can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Family Policy : Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room-only rate.

Children 5 years and under enjoy complimentary meals. From 6 - 11 years old there is a 50% discount on meals. From 12 years old children are considered as an adult for meal charges.

All bookings that include breakfast will be provided with full buffet Sohour instead. Iftar Ramadan Buffet cost 120 SAR per person per meal, Sohour Ramadan buffet cost 100 SAR per person per meal.

In observance of the holy month of Ramadan, guests on a Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Sohour in place of the regular breakfast. Guests on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast plan may choose to partake on the traditional Iftar and Sohour in place of the regular breakfast and dinner.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

رحابة وسعة صدور الموظفين واستقبالهم وترحيبهم وتلبية رغبة العميل وسعيهم لإرضاءه

اسعار الفندق مرتفعه بجودة وموقع الفندق + قيمة افطار رمضان غير مناسبه جداً ومرتفعه مقارنه في الاطباق والاصناف ، 100 ريال للشخص غير معقول وغير مقبول تماماً + حجزت دخول الفندق ووصلت 2 صباحاً ولم يتم دخولي وقالت لي الموظفه اذهب لآداء عمرتك وفور وصولك الفندق سوف تكون جاهزه الغرفه ، ووصلت 9 صباحاً وقال لي الموظف اعتذر للدخول بسبب الغرف ممتلئه ، ولن يستطيعو دخولي الا في تمام الساعه 4 عصراً وهذا غير مقبول وانا حاجز ومؤكد الحجز في البوكينق .

المطعم و المصلى
المواقف ان لم تتوفر في البيدروم فخارج الفندق هناك متسع.
موقع الفندق قريب الى حد ما من الخدمات بقالة و مطعم و بوفيات يفضل سيارة اذا ما تهوى المشي.
لايوجد مغسلة ملابس قريبه.
الفندق يقع على شارع الحج.

تأخر الرد على الهاتف
عند طلبك ترتيب و نظافة الغرفة يتأخرون بل أحياناً لا يأتون و تجد الغرفة كما تركتها.

والاستقبال بطيء جدا في الخدمة ولا يحرص على خدمة العميل التالي فتجده يمكن ان يبقى يتناقش مع العميل الحالي عن أمور تافهة لا علاقة لها بأنها اجرات الدخول والخروج على حساب العميل التالي

لن يكون هذا الفندق وجهتي القادمه الا اذا لم يكن هناك خيارات

ليس بعيد من الحرم. معي سياره اذهب لها الى مواقف الجمرات ومن هناك اركب باص ب 8 ريال. كذلك يوجد باصات للذهاب الى الحرم مجاني

يوجد موظفه في اول يوم فطور كانت عند الاستقبال الخاص بالحجوزات والبوفيه غير محترمه وغير احترافيه بالتعامل مع النزلاء.

Pros:

Nice & clean. Good decoration & comfortable bedding. Regular shuttle buses to Haram.

Cons:

Its far from Haram & bus stop far from masjid, if anyone has old or walking issues near stay here. Good for healthy who can walk 25 minutes getting to Masjid. Then rituals are also walking it makes it tiring & easier to lose prayer concentration. If you like to return using same buses then walk again 25 minutes. If want taxi they are charging 75 to 100 SAR because roads remain closed during rush time. So not recommended with elderly or children
