Pros:

All of the staff were exceptional. The food was excellent as well at the restaurant and the pool bar. The room was very clean and stocked with most of the things we needed. The staff were quick to restock when we needed it.

Cons:

I wish there was access to more clean water on our floor for coffee. We were given two water bottles. Also, I did not know that there was an area for breakfast until I was leaving. I could not see it coming around the corner from the elevator. It would have been nice to be given a run down of where things are at check-in.

It’s clean, safe, beautiful place with great employees!

Cons:

Wish the bridge was open earlier and stayed open longer after the event. Takes forever to get to the bridge from the far side of petco, then to have it closed. 30 mins is power walking pushing through crowds to hopefully make it on time before they close it. And, hoping petco’s security lets you through.

We enjoyed our stay at the Omni and would recommend it!
Cons:

The location was prime. Once we were there, we didn’t have to drive anywhere and can walk most everywhere we needed to go.
