Nada . El alojamiento es un horror. Es un zulo sucio. Habitación con ventana que da a un agujero negro. En la descripción menciona “ vistas al mar o la ciudad”. Una broma. El suelo se hunde, la sensaciones es que te vas a caer al sótano. El baño podrido, los ganchos rotos, la puerta de la ducha rota. Las paredes se caen. La parte de la “ cocina”, hervidor de agua quemado, en el armario un tupper con comida podrida. Las almohadas pésimos. Usamos nuestros plumas para poder dormir.Primer día se partiò la llave dentro de la cerradura . El hombre dijo que el huésped anterior ha roto la cerradura(?!).El hotel no tiene ningún cartel en la calle . La zona es oscura y sucia, Muy poco recomendable, Ha sido un gran engaño y una vergüenza para Booking, ofertar semajante “alojamiento”.

Location of the place is the only thing that is not too bad...
Unfortunately it was a bad experience for us.
Our stay was absolutely wasted because the place is very noisy, impossible to sleep. We spent 5 terrible nights there.
The room which is situated on the ground floor (401) is probably the worst.
Additionally there is a disgusting tobacco / cat piss / humidity smell in the air 🤮.
Definitely not a place to go !!

Everything was a disaster.
The room was dark, dirty, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The shower didn’t have running water, making it impossible to freshen up. We tried to speak with the reception, but no one spoke English, which made communication extremely difficult. In the end, we had no choice but to book another accommodation and pay again out of pocket.
To make matters worse, the property later claimed that my girlfriend and I never checked in, so they refused to issue any reimbursement.
This experience was completely unacceptable.

Cam murdar, necesită o îngrijire mai buna ( pereții murdari, baia murdara )
Struttura in posizione centrale con ogni attrazione raggiungibile in poco tempo! Bar negozi e ristoranti vicini! Il personale è stato super accogliente al nostro arrivo!
La stanza puzzava di fumo tantissimo tanto che ho dovuto lavare ogni cosa compreso le borse per quanto si era impregnata la roba di mal odore! Pulizia generale da migliorare!

La stanza è piccolina, e non ha cucina ma solo lavello, frigo, microonde e bollitore.
Ma se viene usata giusto per dormire va benissimo
It was basic but functional and perfect for our needs - a place to sleep and I slept surprisingly well in the double bed. Having a fridge and air conditioning were a must for the time of year and they did not disappoint. We discovered Kumkapi Tram Station was only a 3-4 minute walk from the apartment, although it never showed up on my Google Maps!! Finding the tram station made the location really good and it was really easy to travel around. To get to the station you walk through a whole selection of restaurants, so there is a fun vibe at night and it all feels really safe. The balcony was great and you can see the sea during the day. It is located outside of the tourist area, which we loved, but if you want perfect views it is probably not for you. We loved the quirkiness of the surroundings.
Being able to check out quite late on our last day, was really helpful and much appreciated.
The apartment was much smaller than I was expecting, although the photos are not inaccurate, rather my perception of them was. The sleeper couches were not that comfortable for adults, but would be fine for children or dainty adults. There was an issue with the shower not draining well, but on the plus side, with only one bathroom, everyone had to shower really quickly!!
