Pros:

Always a pleasure returning here. The staff are impeccable and friendly, the location is excellent, and the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable. A stay that never disappoints.

Clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Hotel room and the toliets are clean. Basic amenities are provided. Breakfast at hotel has a good selection spread.

Cons:

The pillows had smell, the hotel should look into sunning or cleaning the pillows.

Convenient location.
Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Location is perfect. Activities for kids available within walking distance. Xpark and Ladang x is nearby as well

Only stayed a night, but it was good. Expected to wait for a while but wait was 30 minutes > and location was good.

Not coming again despite the hotel staff are friendly. The vibes are meh.

Cons:

The guests super atas. No smiley guests every time meet at the lift area/lobby. All gave stare. The hotel vibes are only meant for rich people. Cmon guests its a chill days.🤦‍♀️

Happy in Malaysia
Pros:

Very well run clean and efficient hotel. The cafe served good food and the pool was very nice.

Cons:

Sometimes a bit busy and there was no response from room service.
