Definitely book this place if you are a solo or couple traveling!!
Pros:

Everything was perfect for a single traveler like myself!

Cons:

Wouldn't change a single thing!
The pool and hot tub was a huge bonus which is hard to find here!

Amazing location. Safe, quiet and cozy. Food options are a plus. A few recommendations near the property, The restaurant

Location was amazing! 1 min walk to the beach. It was clean and cozy. The property manager was extremely helpful and attentive.

Cons:

Possibly remove the front desk space and make another parking spot.

Overall , it was great .
Pros:

The stay was clean and enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the microwave was broken and the bed felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep for days. Inside the property I found some little ants the kitchen counter.

Pros:

The spaces are great, the apartment looks amazing overall and we are so thankful for the cake to celébrate the birthday.

Cons:

Upon our arrival everything seemed fine, ignoring the parking issue. When we went in the shower there was hair on the floor, the walls and all over the shower. The walls had dripping dirt on them.

Proximity to the beach, room was large, clean, staff was responsive to text messages.

Cons:

More towels would have been awesome. There were two of us and we received 2 towels and 1 washcloth. To be fair, we didn't ask for more, but it seemed odd. Also, there was no fitted sheet and the mattress pad was stained.

Amazing quiet little stay in Cerro Gordo beach.
Pros:

Loved the modern amenities and the location to the beach. Being a few steps from the beach was exceptional. Also, the pool I. The back was a great touch.

Cons:

The back yard wasn’t completely finished. There was a gazebo with 2 floors that still looked like it needed to be finished. As well as lights for the pool do it could be used at night after it’s too dark for the beach. Also, the parking situation could of been better.

Great area nice hosts
Pros:

Nice new place. It’s being renovated and the pool isn’t open yet. There wasn’t a sign yet but the manager was quick to respond. Love the park across the street it was a fairly easy hike and there were beautiful views of the ocean!

Cons:

Loud cars racing up and down the street and super loud music which wasn’t the fault of the hotel..
