Overall , it was great .
Pros:

The stay was clean and enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the microwave was broken and the bed felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep for days. Inside the property I found some little ants the kitchen counter.

Pros:

The spaces are great, the apartment looks amazing overall and we are so thankful for the cake to celébrate the birthday.

Cons:

Upon our arrival everything seemed fine, ignoring the parking issue. When we went in the shower there was hair on the floor, the walls and all over the shower. The walls had dripping dirt on them.

Proximity to the beach, room was large, clean, staff was responsive to text messages.

Cons:

More towels would have been awesome. There were two of us and we received 2 towels and 1 washcloth. To be fair, we didn't ask for more, but it seemed odd. Also, there was no fitted sheet and the mattress pad was stained.

Amazing quiet little stay in Cerro Gordo beach.
Pros:

Loved the modern amenities and the location to the beach. Being a few steps from the beach was exceptional. Also, the pool I. The back was a great touch.

Cons:

The back yard wasn’t completely finished. There was a gazebo with 2 floors that still looked like it needed to be finished. As well as lights for the pool do it could be used at night after it’s too dark for the beach. Also, the parking situation could of been better.

Pros:

Nice new place. It’s being renovated and the pool isn’t open yet. There wasn’t a sign yet but the manager was quick to respond. Love the park across the street it was a fairly easy hike and there were beautiful views of the ocean!

Cons:

Loud cars racing up and down the street and super loud music which wasn’t the fault of the hotel..

Pros:

I give this property a 4/10 there was so many mosquitoes inside the house because the bathroom window was left open . I don’t like the location of the property and it was noisy being woke up by contractors. The pool was not open even tho online it said it was. I would never stay there again. I booked for the whole weekend Thursday - Sunday but I left early on Friday I couldn’t take getting ate up by the mosquitoes.

Pros:

Loved the beach front hotel was great and the staff was awesome. Five step walk to the sand. The room was clean and private. You can breakfast with fresh eggs, fruit, pastries down the street and there’s even horses nearby. Ask the hotel manger about PANCHO SILLAS pony rides. Great way to end the vacation.

Considering the reasonable price, this hotel delivered excellent value. Enjoyed the breakfast, access to the beach, the horse back riding, and even got a complimentary late checkout. Worth every penny? Absolutely!

Very poor
Pros:

No restaurant on site as advertised, so we didn't receive our free breakfast.

Cons:

No pool, no outdoor seating, no landscaping or shade. The description of the property was totally false, we cut our visit short.
