Pros:

Большой просторный номер с балкончиком.
В номере всё необходимое - ванная комната, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, кондиционер.
Чисто. Уборка в номере производилась каждый день.
Хорошее расположение - недалеко от ночного рынка и до пляжа 5 минут пешком.

Cons:

Окна выходили на оживлённую улицу, вечером трудно было уснуть из-за шума.
Мебель старая.
Балкон очень маленький.
Можно только стоять.

Deze hotel keuze was een vergissing onzer zijds.
Pros:

Het mooie uitzicht

Cons:

Het balkon en de kamer was redelijk, echter zonder zitmeubilair wij hadden om minstens één stoel gevraagd voor het balkon. Deze vraag werd resoluut afgewezen. De elektriciteit in het algemeen en de fön in het bijzonder zag er gevaarlijk bedraad uit. Verder was e.e.a. vergane glorie.

It was ok for the money but would not go again.
Pros:

It was OK.

Cons:

It is not what it is marketed as. It is a basic hotel on the main road. The sky bar looked like it was derilict, the basement spa is a ‘VIP’ massage place (be warned) and whilst the sea view picture is ‘kind of’ correct the view down is awful.

Cons:

Под окнами отеля есть жилой дом где бесконечно орёт петух, он как будто 24/7 кудахчет, одним словом, петух!

Vistas espectaculares!!!
Pros:

Las vistas desde la terraza, el tamaño de la habitación, la cama muy cómoda, el baño bien y todos los días hacían la habitación.

Cons:

El cheking, muchas pegas para aceptar dólares ante la mínima marca, realmente creo que lo hacían para dar peor cambio.

Big clean room with great seaview. Hotel needs more maintenance
Pros:

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, nice towels and linens. New bathroom, very clean. Big wardrobe
Great seaview, good location.
Staff was helpful but

Cons:

- no safety box
- the room door didnt lock properly
- broken furniture in the room: why would you leave it there?
- balcony needs two chairs and a table…
- the lobby could be decorated so much more cosy pretty and inviting
- the front yard’s pavement needs renewing. Its a mess.
The hotel could be so much more beautiful! It needs so much renovating and LOVE❣️
- at reception one girl’s English was very poor. She didnt understand simple questions even with a google translator.. the other young lady was ok

Vue sur la mer appréciable
Pros:

A dix minutes à pied du marché de nuit et 5 minutes de la plage, on trouve toutes les commodités à proximité.
La vue sur la mer de la chambre et terrasse aurait été encore mieux aux étages supérieurs.
La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.
Le personnel était serviable et parlait anglais.

Cons:

La chambre 103 qui est au niveau de la réception est très bruyante mais heureusement plus calme après 23h.

Under no circumstances I would stay there again!!!
Pros:

Nothing but the location.

Cons:

All old and would benefit from some renovation... Extremely difficult to communicate with staff in English - not much effort made by staff to ease communication... Contrary to what the photos seem to suggest, the building is quite old... The room was spacious but the wardrobe had no division by boards... No safe... Not much comfort...
There are certainly better hotels in the vicinity!
