Pros:

Room were cleaned and maintained

Cons:

No welcome hospitality...there were no small towel hand towels no glasses to drink water...and the main part no vegan food

Nothing as such

Cons:

Very poor in cleanliness . The carpet inside the room is full of food droplets and stinks. Floors are not cleaned.
Even the bed sheets are so uninvited with over used attires.
Hotel needs high degree of renovation probably.

Room 302 lacked a safe locker, and the washroom had no exhaust fan, making it very humid due to Mumbai’s climate. The washroom wasn’t clean, and the lobby and alleyway were stinking, lacking central ventilation. However, the staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious and tasty.

A property that needs to be relocated and staff trained on customer service.
Pros:

The staff in charge of the rooms were prompt in changing the room assigned to me initially. Special thanks to Mr. Singh and his team who assisted with transition from the initial room assigned to us.

Cons:

I didn’t appreciate the valet service. My husband and I drove from Pune to Mumbai and handed over the car to the valet driver to safely park the car. However due to a lapse in his judgement, he did not lock the vehicle. And when we happened to notice this after 5 hours of the car parked outside the hotel, the driver’s casual attitude in response to our concerns was quite irresponsible. And more so, instead of admitting fault, he continued to argue even with his supervisors. This attitude was concerning and I will have to reconsider choosing this hotel in this location, that is next to a heavy vehicles depot.
