Pros:

Struttura nuova con piscine riscaldate e ottima colazione

Cons:

Da rivedere la cena a buffet che non ha rapporto qualità/prezzo. Inoltre bisogna fare attenzione al fatto che SPA non sia inclusa, assolutamente non chiaro al momento della prenotazione.

Enjoyed our stay, expensive for us but the standard reflects this.
Pros:

The attempt of the building design to follow the contour of the slope, I. E. Not a high rise building, the green plantings that will eventually lessen the impact of the overuse of concrete /cement from the front elevation of the structure.

Cons:

Maybe the owners should have called it “The Hotel. Calefornia” refer Eagles lyrics from the 1970s 🎼
I think they should have better transport options for guests who do not have a car.

Buena en general pero incómoda
Pros:

En general muy bien pero el bajar de mi habitación al spa tenía que coger 4 ascensores y caminar al aire libre con mucho viento

Cons:

No me gustó la incomodidad de tener que usar tantos ascensores para todo piscina ,spa,restaurantes etc muy incómodo de resto muy bien

Pros:

Wir waren im März 2026 spontan 6 Nächte im Bancal Hotel auf La Gomera. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Das Personal war ausnahmslos freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selber sehr modern, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Vier saubere Pools. Mit dem öffentlichen Bus ist das etwas abgelegene Hotel sehr gut erreichbar. Der Bus fährt derzeit 6x am Tag.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 9. Stock mit "Gartenblick", trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cons:

Von uns gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

I loved my stay, very relaxing - it was good value for money.
Pros:

Wonderful, architecturally interesting hotel, with gorgeous gardens and incredible views towards Tenerife. The pools and spa were great - reception staff were notably friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I think the buffet needed a bit of ambience in the evening, and the food was a bit average (breakfast was great and as expected though).

Coffee could have been better, perhaps a pod machine in the room would hike this place up to a 10 out 10.

Für solch einen massiven und vehementen naturplatz-raubenden Einschnitt in die Natur ein fehlgeleitetes Konzept. Denn entweder man möchte wirklich naturschonend vorgehen und Exklusivität anbieten, dann sind Preise um 200 € und mehr pro Zimmer durchaus gerechtfertigt.
Oder aber man unterstützt den Massentourismus wie auf Teneriffa, wo Hotels von über 1000 Zimmern und All Inclusiv Restaurants zu finden sind. Dass solch ein Betrieb nun auf La Gomera geöffnet hat, ist sehr zu bedauern und sollte nicht unterstützt werden.

Für den gehobenen Preis hätte ich mehr – vielmehr – persönlichen Service und Exklusivität erwartet.
Anstatt dessen fühlte ich mich völlig anonym untergebracht in einer von mehreren wabenförmig angeordneten Zimmer Etagen. Der einzig persönliche Anspruch war mein Name auf dem Flachbildschirm im Zimmer.
Und die gesamte Erscheinung samt kantinenartiger Restaurants und Buffets hat die Anmutung eines Massenbetriebs.
Die einzige wirkliche Exklusivität, die dieser Betrieb hat, ist ein SPA Bereich, der aber 25 Euro extra für 1,5 Stunden für die Hotelgäste kostet.

Der Checkin und der Checkout gestalteten sich schwierig, zeitaufwendig und kompliziert.
Obwohl ich bereits zweimal online nach einer Rechnung um eine Rechnung gebeten hatte, wird mir diese selbst beim Check out nicht automatisch angeboten. Ich muss nochmals fragen.
Das Personal scheint generell überfordert und dem Gast nicht wirklich zugewandt.

Äusserst schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Zu weit vom Meer entfernt, zu viel Wind.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, Zimmer, Aussicht. Grosszügige Poolanlage.
Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich,
das Personal spricht jedoch sehr schlecht Englisch aber geben sich trotzdem grosse Mühe alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Zugang zum Meer fast nicht möglich.
Sehr windige Lage. Für Badeurlaub ungeeignet.
