Rustig hotel waar je tot rust kan komen als je niet van drukte houd

Repetiremos seguro!
Pros:

Nos ha gustado mucho el hotel!
Se nota que es nuevo en sus instalaciones, piscinas, habitaciones, zona de juegos de niños, zona de lectura....
El personal ha sido muy atento y amable.
El buffet nos ha gustado mucho. Había variedad y cantidad.

Una pena, podría ser espectacular pero no lo es
Pros:

Tiene una de las mejores vistas de las islas. Parte del staff era increíble, especialmente las encargadas de actividades con niños. Nunca habíamos visto en un hotel que tuvieran tantas actividades infantiles a lo largo del día. Y además no eran encerradas en una sala, sino al aire libre.

Cons:

Es una propiedad magnífica… terriblemente gestionada. Las chicas del staff infantil eran muy buenas, pero el resto no estaban al nivel. Varias veces escuchamos quejarse unos de otros, para tomar algunas cosas en una piscina tenías que subir un montón hasta otra piscina, cobran el spa pese a no indicar el precio… Y el nivel del desayuno y cena es bajo. Es más cercano a un buffet de hospital que al de un hotel de categoría.

En general da la sensación de haberse quedado a medio camino, de que no hay un equipo de gerencia o un director que cuide los detalles y que tenga motivado al staff.

Todo fue perfecto.
Llegamos una hora antes y pudimos entrar a la habitación sin problema.
Las instalaciones y la habitación son cómodas y muy limpias.
Buena atención y el buffet tanto de la cena como del desayuno bastante completo.
Se ha convertido en nuestro hotel favorito.

Cons:

Quizás si no has estado nunca es un poco difícil moverte dentro del hotel sin perderte el primer dia. Pero esta todo señalizado.

Disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful design as a whole. Beautiful and clean rooms. Nice infinity pool. Peaceful location.

Cons:

I understand the property has a eco minimalist design but made the place feel impersonal and unwelcoming. Not warm, friendly nor helpful service from the staff. Most staff did not speak a decent level of English so interactions were short, unclear and unfriendly. Horrible food at the snack bar and decent at Larrife at best. What I’m disappointed about the most is that the hotel clearly is trying to place itself in the high end/luxury category but the experience felt extremely subpar. Would have been happy with what I got if I was staying at a 3 start hotel, not a 4 star.

IRREPETIBLE
Pros:

Me encantó todo, una pena que solo pasáramos una noche pero tenemos claro que volveremos para poder disfrutar más de la isla y del hotel porque la verdad que está precioso además que totalmente completo como para no tener que salir de ahí, cuenta con mucha animación para todo tipo de edades, restaurantes súper completos y sus habitaciones están totalmente equipadas. Nos sentimos como en casa. Su personal muy profesional y amables, un 10!!

Cons:

Después de decir todo lo que me gustó, y me quedé corta.. está claro que no hay nada que no me gustase.

Did not meet expectations
Cons:

Breakfast and the view were nice, but many issues affected our stay. Several things in the room didn’t work when we arrived, including the TV and the safe. The open shower/toilet design left the whole room wet and foggy, and a flashing alarm light above the bed made sleeping difficult. We also heard strange noises at the door at night, which felt unsafe.

At the pool around 16:00, no staff or lifeguard was available for towels. Pools are cold. Communication was difficult as most staff didn’t speak English, and even with our best Spanish we often couldn’t get help. The food looked better than it tasted, the pools weren’t heated, and the patios were so close you sit almost next to your neighbours.

Checkout was handled poorly: we were laughed at for asking about card payment for the taxi, given wrong price information, and received no help when the taxi turned out to be cash‑only.

We contacted the hotel afterwards to give them a chance to address these issues, but they did not respond in a helpful way. They just replied with some AI generated message. Overall, the service and comfort did not meet expectations.
