Pros:

Location and it's proximity to the Bus 🚌 terminus,RTC Complex as well as the Vizag Railway 🛤 station 🚉.
The owner, Mr.Naveen Kumar is very a cooperative person

Cons:

Room condition. I stayed in room number-104 whose room lock latch was non-existent.

I was told that my room will be changed after 9 am, but practically it didn't happen.

The hand-spray at the toilet was not working properly. Leaking from all directions

While taking a shower 🚿 i found out that the shower knob was so badly jammed that, it didn't rotate at all. Finally, i managed it with the bucket 🪣and mug kept there

I requested the support staff for a bottle of water, but i had to go to the 2nd floor and fill my bottle myself. The support staff, inspite of being present, didn't cooperate on this.

I would sincerely request Mr.Naveen Kumar, to look into these small, small aspects, more seriously

Not recommended for family
Pros:

Nothing to like ! Worst room but ac is working fine

Cons:

Bed wasn’t comfortable, bathroom is not clean despite me requesting the management to clean. Place stinks of bad smell even after cleaning. Water shortage and bad behaviour from the management. The management didnt even provide towels and water bottle since we booked online! Worst place to stay.
