The Restauarant was a huge disappointment. When that happens your entire stay is effected.
Pros:

The rooms were spa loud and room service really good

Cons:

The beer and wine Restauarant. They delivered my dinner at 10:55 and the waiter was on my case to leave by 11:00. Pathetic for a service industry! Replacement the work force as well as the restaurant manager

Cons:

VERY OLD TOWELS, BEDSHEETS AND BLANKETS. It is literally yellow color and had stains all over it.

It was a good stay but could be improved with better training for the staff.

Cons:

The service level needs drastic improvement. Cleaners need to be told what to do. They are hardworking but are not sure what tourists require.
