Upon arrival, I was asked to cancel my booking in booking.com and pay in cash, despite not having cash on hand. The property does not accept card payments, which was inconvenient. I was only able to pay after withdrawing cash the following day.

The room was not cleaned during my stay, and I initially checked into a room that had not been properly cleaned. Overall, the room was untidy, and the towels were very old and worn out, even tearing during use.

Additionally, none of the reception staff spoke English, which made communication difficult, although using a translator helped.
