I wish one day they manage 5 star hotel because they are one of the best friendly staff , very clean and helpful

Location not in center but very close to center by car and few steps away from bus station

15/10 would stay here again and again. I'd definitely eat at the restaurant again as well.
Pros:

Although the hotel is on the edge of town, it is extremely convenient to the Silk Road Center where I attended a conference. The staff is what really makes this hotel and restaurant exceptional. They were friendly, generous, and helpful. The restaurant food was generous, delicious, and a great mix of traditional Uzbek and other choices (burgers!). Breakfast was less complex but had a wide range of choices (except fruit, there wasn't any).

Cons:

I wish there had been anywhere reasonably pleasant to walk in the neighborhood - but that's outside the hotel's control of course.

Good value for money with friendly staff.
Pros:

I liked the staff and the size of the hotel. It is close enough to the new congress centre.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. The hotel is not close to the centre of town so I didn't see much of the city.
