Would recommend .
Pros:

Staff were cheerful room was quiet ! Lots of space for us to sleep as a family of 4 . Very clean !

Cons:

No breakfast . We like to book with continental breakfast . Restaurant was not open for breakfast .

Okay in a pinch but not my first choice.

Breakfast was not included and seemed expensive so we went to Tim Hortons

Requested ground floor as both my husband and I have a great deal of difficulty with stairs and especially carrying baggage up and down stairs. Receptionist apologized for not being able to honour our request because the hotel was fully booked by the time we arrived at 8 pm. But I requested this 2 weeks ago and gave my credit card to secure the reservation. Since I didn't cancel the reservation 24 hours ahead, I would have paid for the room whether or not we were able to use it according to booking info. I do not understand why a ground floor room wasn't therefore assigned at some point in the 24 hours before we arrived - since my credit card would be charged anyway.
Additionally, I booked and paid for a deluxe double room for $292 and I don't think the room was at all deluxe.

Pros:

We got to the inn late on Friday and the kitchen was willing to stay open longer all our food dinner and breakfast was fantastic

Excellent Inn Near Upper Canada Village
Pros:

Good location near Upper Canada Village. Superb service and assistance from Angie. Other receptionists were helpful too. Ample free parking.
