Perfect, grote aanrader!
Pros:

De locatie was top! Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We werden steeds actief geholpen met onze bagage. De kamer was prachtig, super modern, schoon, goed bijgehouden. Prachtig zwembad. Heel erg schoon allemaal. Bij het ontbijt was er wat voor iedereen!

Cons:

Alles was boven verwachting.

Good hotel, good staff and good location. Swimming pool is too cold to be used
Pros:

Breakfast, comfortable beds, size of the room and the staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I have been unable to use the pool during my stay. Although the facility is beautiful, the water is far too cold; being covered and unheated makes it impractical for swimming.

Mooi en sfeerlijk hotel met een mooi uitzicht en lekker onbijt
Pros:

Lekker onbijt, mooi uitzicht en heel vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Helaas konden we niet overal zwemmen op het strand en moesten naar speciale plekken lopen. Er waren geen droogrekken in het hotel dus onze bikini’s en handdoeken moesten we drogen op stoelen

Great hotel in the area for a couple wanting close access to the beach, great restaurants and cafes at our doorstep.
Pros:

Beautiful spacious bedroom with large bath tub and views of the beach. Had a great pool area with a bar. Rooftop restaurant has really good views of the beach strip and city of Da Nang. Staff were all very lovely. Great buffet breakfast!

Cons:

Wifi was a little slow in higher levels of the building. Can be quite noisy outside from the beach clubs, if you’re a light sleeper you’ll need ear plugs.

Staff were very nice but for 5 star there could be some improvements at the spa e.g. staff using phones during massage was disruptive to the rhythm of the treatment and on the second booking for a couples massage, they were talking and laughing as both of us were trying to relax into the session. I expect hotel spas to be more professional.

Soggiorno incredibile a prezzo moderato
Pros:

La struttura è veramente fantastica, perfetta in ogni sua parte.
Lo staff è veramente da 10 e lode, dal momento che scendi dal taxi non devi più fare niente, valigie portate in camera, nemmeno il tempo di parlare con la receptionist che hai già un drink di benvenuto in mano.
Piscina perfetta, palestra con l'essenziale (manubri, multipower, cavi) e macchine per l'aerobica (con Tv dove puoi mettere le canzoni che vuoi)
Tutto fantastico davvero, la vista dalla camera è stupenda, l'ultimo piano una chicca
Wifi veloce per lavorare
