Hôtel avec vue incroyable sur la plage mais l'accueil trop impersonnel, peu soigné avec un confort pas à la hauteur

La vue exceptionnelle

Cons:

Piscine froide
Mal insonorisé, du bruit extérieur tard le soir
Personnel peu attentionné et de la peine à comprendre nos demandes
Pas assez de produit dans les douches (shampoing...) et pas de réapprovisionnement quotidien
Petit déjeuner à emporter très décevant, pas de choix possible et qu'une bouteille d'eau comme boisson
La grande route très difficile à traverser pour rejoindre la plage
Check in un peu expéditif et impersonnel

Enjoyed my stay
Pros:

The property was clean, the family room had 1 exterior door that walks into 2 different doors/rooms which I liked, the view was good, the cleaner asked if we want our room cleaned when we walked by and we said no and she asked if we want waters for our room which was nice

Cons:

The shower drain was a little dirty and the breakfast food was good but the best breakfast I had was in Thailand, the laundry service is expensive so I did laundry with an outside source, at checkout they mistakened our room with someone else and said we had eaten the snacks and would be charged I said no we didn’t eat any snacks later to find out it was there mistake

The room was just right, clean, spacious and the view was spectacular.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Special mention to Haley who catered for our needs with the highest level of professionalism.
