הצוות היה מקסים לאורך כל האירוח, ארוחת הבוקר היה נחמדה לא מאוד גדולה אך מספקת. התאימו את השעות לסיורים שלנו. המיטות היו נוחות והחלל היה גדול ומרווח.
רחוק יותר מהעיר כך שצריך מונית לכל כיוון ( 2 דולר) לפעמים לוקח זמן. מדרגות לעלות כל פעם לחדר בקומה השנייה. מקלחות מאוד פשוטות אבל בסדר גמור.
A las 11 de la noche empezó a sonar la alarma anti-incendios. Tuvimos que llamar a emergencias porque no había nadie del hotel. Llegaron los bomberos y tardaron otra hora en localizar a algún responsable del hotel para que apagasen la alarma. Al día siguiente nos dijeron que probablemente era porque alguno de los dispositivos se había quedado sin batería y que ya les habla pasado antes.
El servicio de Eric espectacular siempre pendiente y calidad precio inmejorable 100% recomendable
Está un poco lejos del centro pero los taxis son a precio fijo y 2 dólares así que ningún problema

This hotel is simply wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. They assisted me many times with different questions and requests, and I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed and pillows are excellent — very cozy and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful time I spent with you. It was a pleasure staying here!
Staff was very nice and relaxed. Location is 20 mins walking to the town centre or 2 dollars (taxi ride). Laundry is a fair price and they give you the clothes the same day. The staff is what stands out.
Rooms were small and the facilities were basic. Pictures on booking look better than the actual place. It is clean but very basic and not very well maintained. Breakfast was basic and no variety. We don’t find it ideal for families with young kids like us. The balconies and stairs are quite dangerous, we were always on the lookout.

The room was clean and spacious and ideal for a one night stopover.
It was a little way out of town so we needed to catch a taxi for our dinner. They still only charged $2 each way.

Room is small. Away from the center so less restaurants around. In the hotel description, it emphasized airport shuttle, but they seem reluctant to offer it. We end up getting a taxi for $30 (not a bad price). Communication is poor (Questions are not answered properly, and msgs could have been translated into English)
La habitación con muy buen espacio, que teníamos dos baños, la piscina y el jacuzzi. Excelentes instalaciones muy cómodo.
El desayuno le falta más variedad y que el cambio de toallas se hiciera con más frecuencia.

This was a great place to stay while in Santa Cruz. The property was clean and well kept. The breakfast was wonderful and we got the larger room size which was very helpful while traveling with our toddler. It gave him room to move around and play with his toys. The pool was a good size and looked very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. There also a very small convince/grocery store right next door with a few items such as water and simple snacks.
I knew this before going, but the location isn't the best. There isn't really much of anything near the hotel like restaurants, no views, or stores. The good thing is, taxis are everywhere and the staff can even help call one for you and it's only $2 each way to town and back. The trip only takes 5-7 minutes. This was in no way a deal breaker.
