Very poor customer service . They want you to pay more than what you book for . They will say the room you booked is gone and now they only have expensive room ,

Nothing was matching with the photo of the website......the bathroom was with mould and no shower head......unfortunately unable to get a shower.....a disaster....

Pros:

When I arrive by taxi the guy at the entrance told me that I didn't have a reservation. When I showed him the reservarion on my phone and on paper he changed the story and said that the hotel was closed. There I was in an unfamiliar place looking for a place to stay. I walked 1 kilometer until I found a hotel with vacant rooms.
