Camera curată. AC ul ajută foarte mult in perioadele caniculare. Este unitate centralizată pe clădire și nu se simte aerul rece foarte intens, așa că se poate dormi cu el pornit fără să fie deranjant.

Cons:

Scările foarte înguste și lipsa unui lift. Este ceva peste care se poate trece, având în vedere cu urci și cobori bagajele o singura dată, dar poate ajuta o poza pe profil, pentru cei care vin cu mult bagaj sau nu pot ridica genti mari.
