Cons:

They took our stuff outside of the room 10 minutes after the checkout even if we discussed with the manager the previous night that we will extend. They decided to serve us less breakfast from what we ordered because they had plans decided to change the menu. Then the other employee said they had run out of stock. The menu itself wasn't updated.

Pleasant and clean. Amazing to sleep and enjoy day outside.

Cons:

Shower is on top of the toilet and maybe for Europeans is just not right. Cannot take a shower without “clean” the toilet or if I someone needs to use the toilet after shower has to use flip flops or whatever because bathroom is all wet.

You have to have 0 expectations
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The stay is less then 5 min from Town Square by tuktuk. From the stay you can walk to the beach, explore other eatery and restaurants. Casa Juliana offers breakfast (to pay) and basic rooms.

Cons:

Comming to El Nido, you have to have 0 expectations since the island life is simple. If you want perfect facilities, open up your wallet. Keep in mind that the stay is located next to a very crowded road.
