Wonderful stay for excellent price and facilities
Pros:

Super friendly staff and nice pool which was nice to lounge around. Lots of sitting areas to use while we waiting to leave for the airport. Food was well priced and tasty.

Good Hotel for a Quick Stay
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I recommend this hotel for a short stay in Nairobi. The made to order eggs at breakfast were good. Please note this hotel host lots of events (wedding receptions, birthdays, ect) so it is busy.

Disappointing experience.
Cons:

There was no fridge, no safe in the room as it stated. The tripple rooms need to be upgraded to be at per with the value being charged. Restaurant staff attitude was shockingly bad.

Overpriced. Not Clean. Uncomfortable. Not accomodating Staff

I arrived late and there was a huge hole in the sheet on the bed which has been attempted to be stitched up with thread, i called reception and someone came up to change it. The guys bought back another sheet, this one has stains all over it. It was 11pm i had been travelling all day so i didn't ask him to get another as i wanted to go to bed. He said they would change it in the morning. In the morning no one came to change it so i had to call again. When the ladies came to change it, they disposed of a medicine bottle on my bedside table which i was still using. I asked reception as to why they did this and they couldn't give me an explanation. The manager came to speak with me and provided no help. I had asked for a late checkout and they couldn't facilitate this even though i had such an awful experience with them, it was the least they could do. I was not impressed.

Great value, very comfortable, excellent staff
Pros:

Hotel in excellent condition and well maintained. Our room was very clean and quite comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. (Note that we requested a room at the rear of the hotel, as the front side faces a highway interchange. ) We were surprised to find a very nice restaurant setup at the hotel... both a standard indoor dining room plus an outdoor dining area with sun coverings and tropical plants. Also, in the mornings, a buffet is set up in the outer area, just off the lobby, which is also open air and very pleasant. The National Museum of Kenya is just 500 meters away, but the walk is a little dicey along the highway. Very interesting, however, and well worth the visit. The hotel also has a nice outdoor area around a swimming pool, with plenty of pool furniture. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

There is no ATM at the hotel, which should be added, given the number of safari clients that seem to visit the hotel as part of their tours. The nearest access to an ATM is by walking to the nearby University of Nairobi campus, which is about 500 meters from the hotel. Other than that, no complaints

Great value, very comfortable, excellent staff
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel both before and after our safari trip in Aug/Sept 2026. (See my other review of this hotel for more details) As before, we found the hotel very pleasant and comfortable. We found the staff especially friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

As mentioned before, the lack of an ATM seems counterintuitive, given the hotel traffic and, in particular, number of safari trip clients who seem to assemble there. No other complaints.

We had a great stay and the hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful — the very best we have ever encountered!
Pros:

Very handy location and the rooms were cool and well ventilated naturally, with great views on the garden side. The restaurant is lovely and there are tables into the rear garden which are excellent for evening dining.
