Our room was very clean,the staff was very friendly and helpful.the location of the hotel is central. It is very close to Taksim Sguare and Istiklal street.
The hotel is great. The location is next to Istiklal setalista. The staff is very friendly and cares about their guests. Special praise for Mr. Ùgur from the reception, who gave us his phone number and said that we can call him for anything, not only in the hotel, but also in the city. The price is more than reasonable. I recommend this hotel

I don’t like property Nothing at all special Room 406 Room was Discussing very bad sting smelling and the Balcony door wasn’t proper locked feel soo unsafe and the first night next attendant was fighting all night
Is nothing to like there was stayed 5 nights not even 1 night we sleep peace.people make Noise at the night time online they show very Luxurious room.That’s not true how is in pictures don’t trust on pictures when them to change the room and they asking me for extra money
The location was great in terms of access to the city center and the reception and restaurant staff were excellent.
But unfortunately, there were many problems in the hotel, including no safe in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, the restaurant was cold, the lobby was cold, there was no parking lot, and despite informing the hotel management several times, the above problems were not resolved. During our 6-day stay in this hotel, we only had hot water for two days and even had to change rooms, but the problem of hot water in the bathroom was still not resolved.

Nothing. Didn't get to stay there.
The Hotel sold us a room but it was under reconstruction. Tradies with powertools were at work and a guy there said the owner had abandoned the building and gone. He took over the business and moved us to one of his other hotels which was 2 star. That hotel Diderot was a similar mess. There is so much I can write but this much is enough for anyone to think again before hitting the Booking Button. Beware.

Very small bathroom, no curtains on window, big wardrobe without hangers just taking up space in the small room.
