Location was good for Greenwich and Cutty Sark. Able to get to tower of London via boat trip from Greenwich. Have stayed here before and all was great again.

Staff are rude. Only out to get your money. They charge you for water - even tap water is chargeable when asked to be delivered to the room. Parking charges - ridiculous - £25/day even for a guest staying the at the hotel.
