Clean and nice staff
Very clean and comfortable and quiet
Nothing
Convenient location, friendly staff on reception and bar and restaurant.
Our twin room was very small and cramped, nothing like the photos on your site. Room not cleaned first day, only one set of towels another day. Glass sliding bathroom door light up the room in the night and noisy too. Very tight down the sides of the bed, no gap between beds.
It was central enough for me
We stayed here last month and initially had a good experience. The room was spacious and reasonably priced, but our stay was disrupted by plumbing noise throughout the night, which repeatedly woke us up. Although the room itself was good, the lack of sleep meant it didn't feel like good value for money, and we would be unlikely to stay again.
Lovely hotel, nice touch on arrivel in reception cold water and a cookie
Nice staff. Attentive. Water on arrival. Air conditioned room before I arrived on a hot day which was really appreciated. They also checked if I needed anything by text. Bar nice and communal areas.
Room was a bit of a disappointment. Dated and in need of some TLC.
Super
Nothing really
Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful building
Room was slightly too cramped but ok for short stays
Location was good, parking was great and staff were all friendly and helpful.
Bedroom in a basement with no window, breakfast room also in the basement with no windows, breakfast room was freezing cold, but I think this was to ensure guests didnt linger, as there was too few tables to accomodate the number of guests really. Food was okay, but staff were working hard to keep it topped up due to demand.
The bar, star. Room was nice. A bit dusty
Price of London hotels.
It was in a lovely quiet part of a very busy area! The room was lovely and big with a king size bed and the bathroom was beautiful! I am a particular critic of showers ad I’m six-and-a-half foot tall and this shower was perfect| Breakfast was delicious! The air-con was particularly appreciated during the hottest week of the year so far!
The room had some halogen lights around the edge of the ceiling, but only one of these was working. I didn’t mind because I prefer lamplight to ceiling light anyway, but it showed that maintenance hadn’t been on top of it for a while. They also advertised dinner in the restaurant between 6:00 and 9:30pm, but this wasn’t actually true.
Location to where I was working
