J’ai réservé une suite familiale . Rien n’avoir avec les photos sur le site. La douche tellement petite glissante en plus je suis tomber. Le lit se trouve juste à l’entrée de la chambre tous les claquements des portes vous entendez. J’ai pris la suite alors que ma copine a pris la chambre standard et avait une douche plus grande et une meilleure vue. Je regrette sincèrement d’avoir réserver dans cet hôtel.
I thought the desk staff were really helpful and accomodating. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ready for our 3rd person-a teenager whom we shared the room with.
I learnt, a little too late, that the drinks in the fridge were complimentary!!! I loved the warm welcome cookies! What a lovely treat after such a long drive on the motorway.
Unfortunately, I almost slipped over as there was no non-slip mat in the shower tray, the small sink basin was blocked and not useable in the morning. However, I did ask them to wave the parking fee to compensate for not being to enjoy our stay fully and the did so without reservation. The most awful thing about the stay was the transparency of the bathroom glass door!! Hardly any privacy between x3adults!!
Breakfast was excellent
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. They had also put a cake in the hotel room for our Nan who had turned 80. It was a good location for what we needed.
The staff, we arrived a booking of 10 people with two cars booked in and the hotel had made an error and only booked one in. Romy the manager at the hotel was very rude, he kept smirking and was not very helpful and told me I did not book two in even though I had prepaid for two before arriving. We were told when prebooking the cars in it was £25 for 24hours for each car however the hotel told us we had to leave at check out time which spoilt our plans on the last day. While there we phoned the hotel number to check and ask on the phone they told us 24 hours 3pm to 3pm, however staff on reception desk swe adimant that we only had the car park space until check out at 11. Therefore there is miss communication and understanding between office staff and reception staff. In addition to this I paid for breakfast for 10 people upon arrival and when we went to breakfast the staff had made another error and only booked two of us for breakfast despite paying for 10 people. This stay was for our gran mothers 80th birthday and this stress tarnished our stay.
