Customer service was top notch.All needs were met during my stay.

Cons:

Carpeted floors in majority of the hallways and rooms.As a person with allergies this is not suitable.Non availability of mini fridge in most rooms( only specific rooms have them but not visible on the website

Will definitely return.
Pros:

Great location. Very quiet considering it is in a busy place. The rooms were spacious and bright. The staff very welcoming and thoughtful. Lovely fresh coolies given on arrival!

Cons:

Could have done with a heated rail in the bathroom to dry towels in between showers. But only a minor issue.

The room I booked was a Queen room, yet, the room was very small, too compact, no walking space as if we were stuck. There was no hair dryer, no bath robe, and I was truly disappointed.

It was pleasant
Pros:

Room and location was good, its close to the underground train. The breakfast was good, they have a lot of options.

They take too long to replace things at breakfast time when certain things were finished.
