Pros:

Hotel is what we were hoping for except that we had to change rooms as our first room was on the South side of hotel overlooking a very noisy highway 24 and there was no hot water in the shower. We moved to other end of hotel (North) and much better. If and when we stay there again we will ask to be on the North end. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noise from highway and cold water in shower. Once we moved both items were not a problem.

I give my overall stay a 6/10 some things could have been better I enjoyed the breakfast

The appearance was nice lobby was clean staff were nice and the breakfast was good

Cons:

I originally booked a 2 bedroom suite the day of my stay I received a phone call 2 hours before check in saying the room was unexpectedly unavailable because a pipe bursted and I had 3 options to choose from one which was get 2 rooms In place of the one so I did that one of the rooms stayed cold all night the thermostat wouldn’t go any higher while the other room was nice and cozy and when I arrived the hallways smelled like marijuana

It’s served the purpose, but I would not stay again.
Pros:

The location. The lobby was the only thing that was clean.. The beds were comfortable. It had a kitchen area.

Cons:

My room was dirty. There was spots on the wall spots on the cabinets. They have not been cleaned the door handles to the bathroom in the bedroom. We’re in this repair with a jacket screw hanging out of it. Carpet was matted and filthy the sofa as well.

Pros:

Nothing the floors were dirty the carpet had wholes in them the light fixtures was hanging from the calling there was spots on the bed that was not from cleaning

Cons:

Everything the staff wasn’t not at the desk most of the time so you had to wait for at least 30 mins to see someone the bath room wasn’t clean had to clean it myself and my wife wasn’t not happy with the overall experience and they wanted to charge me more for asking to switch to cleaner and better room and the room they gave me was even worse the first one feel like they gave me the party room were everything was messed up

Hotel is excellent for the price despite very minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Property is very clean, updated and has multiple conveniences such as breakfast, laundry and a large pool. Anything that we had to ask for such as towels for the pool, was supplied to us promptly.

Cons:

Water temperature in the rooms was inconsistent which could be frustrating. Employees discontinued bringing breakfast items out more than half an hour prior to scheduled end time. Pool area was often without towels. Room’s are only cleaned on certain days which is inconvenient for multi-night stays with several people on one room.

Less than impressed and we have stayed at other staybridge suites.
Pros:

Pool, breakfast and proximity to greenfield village and Henry ford museum

Cons:

The floors were filthy, the bedroom door was falling apart, threshold btw kitchen and livingroom had nails sticking out, the lights didn't work with the light switch in the kitchen, the ice machine in the rooms weren't turned on and no other ice machine available. My son had to play with his toys on a sheet on the floor bc he has allergies and its a dog friendly hotel so we can assume the carpets were not vacuumed regularly.
