Pros:

Absolutely loved staying here and only wished we had stayed for longer. It was beautifully clean, the atmosphere was lovely and both evening meal and breakfast were perfect.
I would definitely recommend this wonderful place and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
Well done Mark and all the team.

Perfect pub to stay, drink & eat in
Pros:

The owner, Mark, is a fantastic host! From the moment we stepped into the pub, we were made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble! We were there New Year’s Day for two nights. The pub was closed New Year’s Day evening, so no food. But they made a us a nice sandwich which we ate in our room. The room was toasty warm, bed exceptionally comfy, lovely shower - everything was perfect!
The food was amazing too!
I would thoroughly recommend The Lion & hope to return soon.

Pros:

Soggiornare al The Lion è stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, che ci ha fatti sentire accolti e coccolati sotto qualsiasi aspetto. Il proprietario e il suo staff sono professionali e simpatici e hanno accolto e soddisfatto ogni nostra necessità con estrema cura. La cucina del pub, inoltre, è davvero degna di nota, complimenti. Se avremo occasione di tornare nelle Cotswolds, torneremo sicuramente qui. Grazie!
