Totally a scam, I think.

I was messaged before I arrived and everything seemed fine. I got to the place around 9:30 pm, but there was no one there to let me in. I messaged the WhatsApp number and was told there was some kind of leaking issue in the room. This didn’t add up, especially since I saw other people going into the accommodation.

They then asked me to go to a different random location, saying they would give me a bigger room. As a solo female traveller, I didn’t feel comfortable going somewhere else unfamiliar at night and wasn't even a hotel, so I asked them to cancel my booking.

After that, the guy suddenly said he would come and meet me at the original accommodation to show me the room, claiming he felt bad. By that point, I had already left and didn’t feel comfortable returning.

Later, I was told they would accept the cancellation, but when I submitted it through Booking.com, they would not respond. I had to contact Booking.com directly to resolve it. And still waiting for my refund. They even deleted the WhatsApp message conversation that night, I wasn't expecting this so didn't have any screenshots of the conversation.

Overall, a very shady experience. After looking them up, it seems this isn’t uncommon and others have had similar issues.

I would definitely not recommend booking this accommodation, especially as a solo female traveller. You could easily end up stranded outside at night.

Если честно, понравилось только цена. Место расположения норм.

Cons:

Это не отель, забудьте про шлепки и халаты. Маленькие комнаты. Санузел воняет.

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja. Kilka minut na piechotę od Błękitnego Meczetu i Hagia Sophii. Parę metrów obok sklepy spożywcze, restauracje i miejsca z pamiątkami.

Cons:

Za takie pieniądze nie można narzekać - świat i ludzie. Wszystko było ok!
