The location is ideal, the hotel comfortable, the staff super friendly and helpful and we like the breakfast and evening meals too. Great amenities.

Cons:

We booked this day on bookies.com, and we’re charged from bookings. Then we were charged from the hotel so we were double charged for the one room and neither has removed the charge. Extremely unhappy about this.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

Location- worked well for the purpose.

Cons:

We were expecting the pool to be open and it wasn’t. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.
