UN LUGAR PARA REPETIR, SIN DUDA
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, al situarse en una de las avenidas principales y frente a la bahía, además de tener a unos pasos los principales puntos de interés del casco urbano. La calidad de los productos del menú del restaurante es muy buena y los precios son asequibles y razonables.

Dada su climatología particular tropical, en invierno es fantástico poder tomar del desayuno y el almuerzo al sol en la terraza de la azotea del hotel, mientras se disfruta de la salida del sol y de las vistas de la bahía.

El café con hielo y el mojito (sin alcohol, obviamente) son fantásticos.

La cobertura del wifi es muy buena; el teléfono lo capta a cincuenta metros del hotel.

La terraza de la habitación es excelente, para poder sentarse a contemplar la bahía mientras disfrutas de un refrigerio. Al haber minibar en la habitación, puedes tener refrescos.

Cons:

A la llegada me ofrecieron una habitación distinta a la reservada (vistas al mar), pero tras reclamar, me cambiaron a otra habitación con tal requisito, no exactamente la que yo había reservado, pero aceptable. Si reservas habitación con vistas al mar, pide que sean aquellas que acaban por los números 2, 3, 4 o 5. Las demás (1, 6 y 7) tienen vista parcial, y no directa.

La lentitud en los servicios y en la capacidad de reacción. El servicio de restaurante es lento, y curiosamente no te sirven la bebida hasta que te han servido la comida. Eso significa que puedes estar 20 minutos o más sin beber hasta que te sirven el plato.

Pedí un mojito para refrescarme y me recomendaron el mojito especial, que no viene en la carta de precios. Pensé que el precio era el mismo y al pedir la cuenta observé que era el doble. No obstante no reclamé ya que aún así el precio era razonable para el lugar.

A pesar de haber acordado el día anterior que me sirvieran el desayuno a las 08.30 (en teoría me dijeron que lo servían a partir de las 07.00), no comenzaron a servir el mismo hasta las 09.15. Tuve que desayunar rápidamente sin disfrutar del mismo para no perder el avión.

No hay servicio de alcohol (ni tan siquiera cerveza) en la cafetería. Aunque todos sabemos que por ley está prohibido su consumo, sí se permite tomarlo a los extranjeros en el interior de los hoteles, pero en este hotel no hay alcohol.

La carta de la cafetería solamente se ofrece en francés; no disponen de carta en otros idiomas.

Manque d'entretien et cuisine très moyenne

La gentillesse du personnel et surtout la serveuse Chaima et le serveur DEDI

Cons:

Dérangement par les trvx dans la ville trop de bruit trop de poussières. Les grands chantiers d aménagement de la ville nous ont trop gené empêcher de savourer notre séjours.

Room was ok but nothing special, price was ok at about 50€ per night if more won’t be that worthy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Brekfast option very limeted amd not healthy choices plenty of carbs and not fruit available. Buffet set up was terrible and salad was generally too old and i asked twice to prepare a fresher one. Restaurant for breakfast looks very low level. I went once in the toilet and it was dirty and tired. I was located on the second floor and for 5 days i could not call the elevator because the button was not working. Toilet in the room very small and not even shelves to place anything
