Very easy to check in and the owners were very friendly. Very good value for money!
The bus to Ha-Long dropped me off 5 minutes walk (on the main road) from this hotel at 3 am and the owner checked me in at that time.
Communicating with him was easy.
The shower was hot and had good water pressure.

We arrived at 4am after a night bus, the room had all we needed before our Ha Long Bay cruise the next morning. Staff were so welcoming and even drove us to the cruise check in point the next morning as we struggled to get a taxi. Thank you so so much.

Bed was a little bit hard
I had the bus from Sapa To Halong Bay that got in at night, and this hotel was right next to the drop-off point. The room had everything I needed and was much bigger than the website said. Staff were very helpful.
