A comfortable and well-located hotel with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well located for visiting Tam Coc and the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I also liked the small pool area and the overall cozy design of the property.

Cons:

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, and the room soundproofing could be improved. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Pros:

Lovely hotel set way back from the main road, so very peaceful. The staff here are lovely, particularly the manager - she was so lovely to chat to, and arranged everything we needed (laundry, motorbike and taxi to the airport) all at extremely reasonable prices!

Pros:

Everything was perfect, wonderful room with a balcony and in the room all things you need - full equipment. Also very delicious breakfasts, good choice of products and many fruits. There is also a restaurant outside with a great service.
But the best thing in the hotel is all the staff but especially owner and manager Madam Duong thuy Ha. Wonderful woman, very helpful and she is able to solve every problem.
I will recommend that hotel to everybody who is going to visit this place.

Pros:

Séjour parfait dans cet établissement. Notre hôtesse a été d’une grande gentillesse et réellement disponible. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu faire une super visite des lieux importants de la région. La chambre était super, confortable et très bien entretenue. Je recommande cet établissement.

Séjour exceptionnel grâce a l accueil de mme Ha
Pros:

la gentillesse de mme Ha qui a été très à l’écoute et très prévenante. le petit déjeuner était très copieux Et délicieux.
Je reviendrai sans problème, car Madame Ha est adorable et toujours souriante .
Les sites importants à voir sont vraiment à côté , emplacement idéal.
L hôtel est très propre et les chambres superbes.merci

Hôtel très sympathique avec un personnel en or !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables, idéalement situé à deux pas du centre. La chambre était à la fois confortable et charmante, et le petit déjeuner très satisfaisant.
Mais ce qui a véritablement fait la différence, c’est l’attention du personnel, toujours aux petits soins. Une attention toute particulière à Ha, dont la générosité, les conseils avisés, la disponibilité et la grande gentillesse ont grandement participé à faire de notre séjour un moment exceptionnel.

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien placé, très proche du centre et dans une ruelle très calme. L'hôte est formidable, très attentionnée, nous a beaucoup assistés tout le long de notre séjour, que ce soit pour des conseils de visite, des réservations ou même des locations de scooter ou vélo !
