que al
momento de retirarme fui a abonar la cuenta y al informar q tengo documento extranjero motivo por el cual no xorresponde pagar el Iva , se me informo q como no lo presente al ingresar no podia exonerar el impuesto. La verdad que suelo presentar el documento extranjero al retirarme y nunca tuve problemas. Es
la primera vez que me sucede algo asi, los normas impositivas se basan en hechos comprobables y si el cliente tiene el documento extranjero corresponde la exoneración .

Es un buen hotel, muy prolijo y linda atención.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es dejar una fotocopia de mi tarjeta con el código de atrás, uso exclusivo y personal de la persona. Y si no lo pedís no te lo devuelven, supuestamente se tira. No es seguro ni garantía para quien es dueño de la tarjeta

Excelente lugar, buena atención en recepción.
Pros:

Calidez en el trato de todo el personal. Instalaciones excelentes, buena vista a la plaza principal y el gimnasio es excelente. Garage a una cuadra y con buena capacidad.

Cons:

Una situación puntual en el desayuno, ya no había huevos revueltos, advertí al personal que ya no quedaban y me dijeron que estaban haciendo. Media hora después sin haberlos recibido, finalizó el horario de desayuno por lo que me quedé sin desayunar la porción proteica, además que no como harinas, así que solo tomé frutas y yogur.
