location is ok, bit out of the way but not as tourist driven
noise, never got to sleep past 6-7 am, this is not a proper hotel, more like a home stay but with just the negatives. Lobby is their living room. Owners bang around cleaning before 7 am every morning with no regard for sleeping guests. King rooms do NOT have king size beds. Balconies are just narrow overhangs accessible only by climbing through windows not big enough to even sit on. Standard king room doesn't even have a window. You are expected to leave shoes at door and wear communal flip flops. Would you wear underwear worn by others before you? No. So expecting people to wear shoes worn by others is gross. I found that others had been wearing my outside shoes when left at door. Lobby (living room) floor is washed several times a day but hallways outside guest rooms not even swept for a week. Shows clearly their attitude of who is important and who is not. Black mold in bathrooms. No hot water for first 3 days as owner had it turned off to my room. Chairs dragged across tile floors constantly. They allowed a large family group that yelled for hours in the hallways morning and night, which the owners did nothing about. Curtains do not block out the light from outside. If you have perfume allergies avoid as the sheets and pillows were so strong they burnt the back of my throat from sleeping on them. No top sheet only duvet.
This homestay was clean and the staff were really kind. There was a lift (there are six or so steps up to the front door of the property but the lift goes from the ground floor) and the beds were comfy.
Oh my goodness is the hill it is up big! We chose this as it was close to where we were staying to move our bags to and it nearly killed me! I recommend getting a grab there, especially if you have luggage!

В холодильнике после разморозки очень много воды в поддоне. Если его неаккуратно вытаскивать - все выливается на пол.

The hotel is located on a very quiet alley with almost no traffic, a rare thing in Dalat. The family who own it are friendly and helpful and live on site. Comfortable room with plenty of hot water.

Room is nice and clean, it’s very quiet at night as it’s in a laneway ! Very well located to access the city centre ! The owners are really nice, there is nothing to complain about really !
The rooms are a great size and really clean with a homely feel to them :) bathroom was also very clean with toiletries provided. Room was cleaned daily and the owner of the hotel is super friendly and welcoming. The location is great, just a short walk to restaurants, shops etc and 15 mins to the lake. Also felt very safe as a solo female traveler

Room was very nice decorated and had everything you need, early check in was no problem, location okay.
Very little english was spoken, balkony very small (couldn't fit chairs).
We had an amazing stay at Khach san Hoang Khoi during our time in Da Lat! The owner was incredibly helpful and wonderfully kind, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. The hotel was spotlessly clean (recently renovated), offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. They also helped us with organising scooters so completely hassle free!
One of the best aspects was its convenient location – just a short walk away from the main square. Additionally, there is a convenient shortcut with stairs nearby, and just after passing it, you can find a few restaurants and coffee shops, adding to the ease and enjoyment of our stay.
