The hotel is located on a very quiet alley with almost no traffic, a rare thing in Dalat. The family who own it are friendly and helpful and live on site. Comfortable room with plenty of hot water.

Room is nice and clean, it’s very quiet at night as it’s in a laneway ! Very well located to access the city centre ! The owners are really nice, there is nothing to complain about really !
The rooms are a great size and really clean with a homely feel to them :) bathroom was also very clean with toiletries provided. Room was cleaned daily and the owner of the hotel is super friendly and welcoming. The location is great, just a short walk to restaurants, shops etc and 15 mins to the lake. Also felt very safe as a solo female traveler

Room was very nice decorated and had everything you need, early check in was no problem, location okay.
Very little english was spoken, balkony very small (couldn't fit chairs).
We had an amazing stay at Khach san Hoang Khoi during our time in Da Lat! The owner was incredibly helpful and wonderfully kind, making our stay exceptionally pleasant. The hotel was spotlessly clean (recently renovated), offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. They also helped us with organising scooters so completely hassle free!
One of the best aspects was its convenient location – just a short walk away from the main square. Additionally, there is a convenient shortcut with stairs nearby, and just after passing it, you can find a few restaurants and coffee shops, adding to the ease and enjoyment of our stay.
