The location was excellent and the family were lovely when we arrived. The room was spacious and the aircon worked amazingly (especially since it was about 38° on average when we stayed)!
The building is a little old and not the most comfortable beds but still really good for the price.

Excellent location, incredibly helpful and friendly staff who allowed me to leave my luggage before check in. The room was a good size and well-stocked. Bathroom was a good size and balcony was easily accessible.
Not a big deal, especially considering the price, but the room is a little aged. This is a very minor thing, though.
The family was very sweet! They welcomed us, helped us with different places. They helped us with renting our bikes. It was such a great experience and it's because they made us feel so welcomed

The owner and his wife are friendly and helpful. The location is good—about a 10-15 minute walk to the main tourist spots, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to grab food anytime. The room is not big but is equipped with the necessary amenities. Overall, it's good value for money.

If there is any to complain it’s that it was a bit noisy but to be fair that’s in most places in Vietnam the case.
A bit of a mixed review, as it’s split across two rooms/hotels (see below). Once we were into the room we had booked, in the right hotel, the room was good, although still quite a bit of dirt/mould on the walls/ceiling. The staff were friendly and let us check out late for our overnight bus (at a cost of 100k).
When we arrived to check in, we were told that our room wasn’t ready, as the bathroom needed repairing, so we were sent to the sister hotel across the street. It was an internal room, so no windows, and was much smaller than the room we booked. It had mould all over the walls, which was causing the paint to flake off onto the beds. The electric would also turn off quite frequently.
