Location & Facilities: Access to the business lounge was very convenient and added extra comfort during the stay.

Service: It would be helpful to have more English-speaking staff to make communication easier for international guests. Otherwise everything was great!

Good location and clean rooms. However, very noisy at night due to near by bars so do not expect to sleep well.

Good location, clean rooms.

Cons:

The hotel is very near the bar area of Shenzhen. It is very noisy to sleep - expect not to be able to sleep until 4-5 AM due to the music and vibrations of the night life… even when wearing ear plugs.
The breakfast had many Asian cuisine options, but the western food was lacking, not even any pancakes for example.
