Location was great for the Beaches and shopping

Cons:

Our particular unit 316 was a bad location if you have a lot of stuff, the elevator is all the way at the other end of the building. We were greeted with a very strong mildew smell as soon as we opened the door, we couldn't find exactly where it was coming from. The A/C struggled to keep it cool, even with a portable unit for the bedroom. First appearance wasn't too bad for cleanliness, but as soon as we started to settle in and unpack I found the coffee pot had old coffee with mold growing on top of it, the toaster oven was greasy to touch, kitchen knife block with 1 knife, the bathroom shower had the prior guest loofa still hanging off the shower head and empty hand soap bottles sitting next to empty ones. The kitchen was so disorganized under the cabinets, and in the drawers, everything was just stuffed in there, just a mess. And only 1 parking pass per unit, so if you have 2 vehicles, one of you has to pay $25 a day. Was very disappointed, and the website pictures of the unit were not the same.

Pros:

Furnishings older, but had everything. Wonderful location on the ocean. Had pavilion and deck overlooking the water with pools, hot tub and bar. 20 minute walk from downtown Dunedin, which is nice little downtown.

Cons:

Was missing information on use of the bikes. Saw one locked up but couldn’t unlock.

Cons:

Your ad is deceiving. I picked a unit with a balcony with a water view on the website. This unit had a view of bamboo trees. Truly disappointed for the paid in advance unit. I do not recommend this rental company.

Pros:

Location was great. Easy assess to Pinellas bike trail, on the water, and close to town. The resort had a nice pool and hot tub overlooking the water for great sunset views. There is a tiki bar and grill on the property. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Cons:

The unit was small and a bit musty smelling. It seemed quite dark and could use additional lighting or brighter decor. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. Nice balcony with tree line view.

We had an exceptional time!!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was very nice....even better than the pictures. We rode the bikes into Dunedin and did some sight seeing. The bikes were definitely a plus.
The room was stocked with everything we needed ❤️ The bed was so comfortable and the room was nicely decorated.
Thank you for answering my questions so quickly.. We hope to come back and stay a little longer next time. We greatly appreciate your kind notes and welcoming us to our home away from home.
