Pros:

Hotel in una posizione molto conveniente, camera molto pulita e staff molto accogliente, mi hanno fatto un upgrade della camera appena sono arrivato e mi hanno anche regalato un souvenir molto carino

Cons:

Forse solo la presenza del wc nella doccia, ma nulla che abbia interferito in particolare.

Замечательный отель! Отличный номер с удобной кроватью, белоснежным бельем, горячей водой, всем необходимым в душе, чайником, чашками, феном, хорошим интернетом. Сотрудники очень очень приветливые, на прощание подарили магнитик. Не понимаю почему такая низкая оценка. Это 10 из 10!

I would try for alternatives.
Pros:

The location was right in the thick of the action in the old town area, just one street away which provided a bit more quietness. The staff were friendly as well, and even gave us a free magnet souvenir of QIngdao. Importantly the bed was cushy by Chinese standards.

Cons:

Obviously dated rooms however. A case of 'don't fix it till it's really spoilt'. The sofa was yellowed; we didn't dare sit on it. The chair seat was torn, drawers had broken handles, and the grout in the bathroom was stained with rust color.
