Pros:

Само храната в ресторанта беше добра. Лобито на хотела е приветливо.

Cons:

Стаите не са реновирани, а имат нужда. Имаше мухъл в банята, стаята е доста тясна. Липсват комарници. Вратата на стаята се отваря с ключ-това също трябва да се осъвремени.

Managerul de la hotel Ralitsa Akua Club a fost de nota 10 dar Managerul de la Calimera Ralitsa Superior hotelul la care am plătit și trebuia sa fiu cazata nici nu a vrut sa vorbească prea mult cu noi nu nea explicat nimic a dat vina pe booking ca el nea anulat rezervarea.

Cons:

Nu am primit camera la Calimera Ralitsa superior deși am plătit pentru acest hotel,în ziua în care am sosit mi s-a spus că booking mia anulat camera deși eu am avut confirmarea făcută de două luni și plătită, nu prea am înțeles ce sa intamplat dar după 2ore de plimbat de la un hotel la altu am primit camere la Ralitsa Akua Club dar sa știți ca nu mi se pare corect ce sa întâmplat sper ca pe viitor sa nu se mai întâmpin aceste probleme de la booking ,și să-mi trimită anularea rezervari în momentul în care eu sunt deja la recepția hotelului.Am fost foarte dezamăgita de managerul hotelului de la Calimera Ralitsa Superior va multumesc și pe viitor sper sa nu mai am neplăceri o seara frumoasa.

Elment egynek, de nem fogunk visszajönni. Nem lenne rossz, ha a menedzsment, foglalkozna a vendégekkel és a vendégek igé

Cons:

Az üzenetekre nem válaszolnak, a portaszolgálat nem túl segítőkész, a laundry nem működött, csak a pénzt nyelte el, senki nem foglalkozott a problémával. A klíma elképesztő penészes volt.

Pros:

-food was good, well cooked
-rooms were clean
-very quiet during the night
-very kid friendly
-parking spots under the trees
-good drinks
-very comfy sunbeds on the beach
-animation programs for kids

Cons:

-pretty far away from the beach
-the restaurant on the beach had little to no options for lunch, it was more like a snack bar
-hotel was overbooked and they only let us stay 3 out of 4 nights and then they moved us; good thing here is that we received a room at a 5 star ultra all inclusive hotel on the beach :)
-incredibly crowded in the restaurant

Piscinele dragute,mi a placut ca aveau plaja privata cu 2 sezlonguri si umbrela incluse in prețul camerei.La plaja exista un restaurant si bar la care se serveau pizza si putina macare si fructe.Ce mi s a părut aiurea a fost faptul ca,cu toate ca băuturile se serveau in pahare de plastic,nu aveai voie sa pleci cu paharul pe plaja.Deci daca voiai sa bei ceva,trebuia sa stai la terasa.Curatenia ok,personalul hotelului amabil.In lobby exista si un mini magazin.Se fac spectacole seara,au si mini disco pt copii.Per total,raportul calitate/pret ok.

Cons:

Nu exista o varietate mare la mancare,dar ceva,ceva tot găseai.Mi a placut mult ca in fiecare seara se făcea grătar care era delicios.E mai greu cu mancarea pt cei care sunt mai pretențioși,dar de foame nu se moare.

A very disappointing stay, with the beach being the only positive aspect.

The best part of our stay was the beach. The sand was clean and fine, and the sea was pleasant for both adults and children. This was the only aspect that met our expectations.

Cons:

Our stay was very disappointing. The food was of very poor quality and we heard about several cases of food poisoning. The hotel was dirty, there was an unpleasant smell in many areas, and the staff were unfriendly. The pools were dirty and greenish, while the aquapark was old, poorly maintained, and had dirty water despite the high prices.
