Pros:

Good location, varied food, decent facilities and some activities still happening in September though not many

Cons:

Discretionary charges - we informed the hotel that we were travelling with our pet dog at the time of booking as we always do and they did not bother to acknowledge our message or inform us of additional charges. Upon check-in we were asked to pay 25 EUR per night. Others can decide if that is a fair charge but we would have certainly appreciated being told upfront what we are expected to pay so that we can budget our stay. Check-in staff attitude - blame the customer however you can rather than a simple 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Not a good way to be greeted.

Pros:

Very large complex, excellent for families with kids. Lots of pools, also the aquapark is really nice for kinds and adult. The food is for all tastes I will say, has also a corner with traditional food. Comfortable rooms,cleaning every day and activities during the day and evening. We also enjoy the walks to the street shops for souvenirs 😁, is it close, also really nice beach , the sand and sun beds available.

Cons:

Cleaning into some common spaces still need improvements and the quality of the drinks and sweets...but in the end was ok, water and fruits were enought😆😆

The overall experience was good compared to the amount payed
Pros:

1. Room cleaned every day.
2. Food was ok and they had some variety everyday.
3. The aqua-park was definetly a plus.. Me and my older kid had a verry good time there.

Cons:

1. The room had some stains here and there and the AC had visible mold, good thing I didnt need to turn it on.

2. The hotel has some strict rules regarding the restaurant at the beach, like you cannot take any recepients down the beach, including water. You have to be in the restaurant to drink it.

3. The beach restaurant opens at 10:30, my wife tried to take a glass of water at 10:20 and old waiter threw her water down the drain saying that she can come back in 10 min, made my wife feel real bad. This was unprofessional and not client oriented.

4. Altough the hotel is ultraAllInclusive we had only a bottle of water in the room, not enough for a family of 4 and filling the bottle at the dining area is strictly forbidden.
