Un séjour absolument magique, marqué par un accueil exceptionnel, des attentions magnifiques et un personnel d’une grand

Tout simplement tout ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une attention absolument exceptionnelle. J’ai notamment eu la très belle surprise de recevoir un magnifique gâteau pour mon anniversaire, une attention qui m’a énormément touchée et qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial.

J’ai également eu la chance d’échanger avec Franck, Pierre et Louis, qui ont tous les trois fait preuve d’un professionnalisme, d’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse remarquables. Ils ont été extrêmement compétents et attentifs, toujours présents pour nous accompagner et nous permettre de profiter pleinement de toutes les installations et services de l’établissement.

Une expérience véritablement exceptionnelle, à la hauteur de ce lieu mythique.

Cons:

Absolument rien. Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour rendre notre séjour agréable et inoubliable. Une expérience parfaite du début à la fin

Pros:

Iconic, gorgeous pool and rooms

Cons:

Service was hit and miss, service with an attitude and when paying 2000 USD a night I would expect service to be outstanding, during breakfast often I was not greeted but said want coffee? and others were greeted etc, so do think service levels are equal to everyone

Ticked off the list but don’t feel the draw to return
Pros:

Iconic building with unmatched history
Staff were friendly

Cons:

No coffee facility in the room!!
Bath amenities are not plentiful or as high end as I would expect
Bath water stopper didn’t work
No signature scent to the hotel - surprising they haven’t considered that as a branding opportunity
45 minute delay to check in (past 3pm) with no goodwill offer other than a sorry…..

Pros:

We had the most fabulous stay for our honeymoon. The staff, particularly Maria at the front desk, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and the staff at the pool were wonderfully attentive. Our perfect stay was capped off with the lovely Jeremy at the Polo Lounge - excellent as always!

Pros:

Truly a n amazing property. The Hollywood history is very amazing.

Pros:

The Polonlounge was great.
We spent an entire day by the pool which we enjoyed

Cons:

From reading the history of the hotel I imagined the bungalow to be large with a sitting room.
But it's very small.
The bungalows have been subdivided.
There was a power cut on the night of 18th May.
The hotel generator only managed partial lighting in the room, not including the bathroom.
