Place was convinient to get off and on the I 95 N
Pros:

On arrival our room was clean and comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly.

Pros:

The staff was helpful and attentive. Upon entering, the areas looked nice and inviting.

Cons:

I did not like that parking was not complimentary. Also, ice machines were not on the floors with our room. The ice machine on the first floor near the elevator was not very hygienic looking and barely worked.

Cons:

Found some socks in the room and I double paid for the room. Paid thru booking.com and was charged for the room when I got there. Was told needed card for deposit.

on all the hotel itself was a great place to stay and would probably stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent as well as the servers. The entire staff was excellent, very friendly.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to take a lift to the airport. I had a 515 flight and the shuttle service didn’t start until 4 a.m. with it being a holiday weekend after talking to the shuttle person they didn’t think it would be wise to wait till four to get to the airport even though it took only five minutes to get there. So I paid $21 with tip for a five minute trip to the airport. The main reason I selected this hotel was because it offered shuttle services.

Cons:

Upon arrival my booking wasn’t available. The attendant or I weren’t able to speak to a live agent to push the reservation through. We waited 30 mins with no avail. I wasn’t able to stay at the location and had to go to ANOTHER hotel. I later spoke with a representative who worked to refund my money, which I still haven’t received.
