Excellent location. Excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Location next to Pakuwon Mall was excellent. Breakfast spread variety was excellent. Alot of food to choose from and taste was good. Credit to the F&B staff during breakfast for being so attentive and helpful.

Pros:

The location is convenient, connected to the mall.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just a small thing, it’s quite journey to get to the hotel entrance. Not the hotel fault, because it’s connected to the largest mall. So you need to spare extra time if you need to be there by spesific time or when go out because it’s take time to get there or exit the property (mall).

Pros:

The breakfast spread was amazing, with lots of variety including local food and international food. Although it was buffet style, the staff continuously checked on us and attended to our needs. I would like to specially thank Chef Anto (Jr. Sous Chef) who introduced us to some special dishes and offered a friendly chat about the hotel and the surroundings.
