5 star services! Congrats team!
Pros:

The breakfast complimentary was beyond my expectation. So much choice of food even the staff EL managed to give us special service. Thank you team of Four Points. Overall was good from the receptionist, housekeeping, restaurant and the guard at the access mall door very very good.

Cons:

The water drain in the sink very slow and may need to maintenance.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Location next to Pakuwon Mall was excellent. Breakfast spread variety was excellent. Alot of food to choose from and taste was good. Credit to the F&B staff during breakfast for being so attentive and helpful.

Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just a small thing, it’s quite journey to get to the hotel entrance. Not the hotel fault, because it’s connected to the largest mall. So you need to spare extra time if you need to be there by spesific time or when go out because it’s take time to get there or exit the property (mall).
