Not in a rush to go back.
Pros:

The property was lovely, has a lot of potential they just need to focus on their customer service more

Cons:

Loved the property, the service not so great I guess it’s English barrier but the basics in the spa, it was not quiet, you could hear staff talking and cleaning the hammam room, the staff doing my treatment was clearly unwell coughing through out the treatment in a confined space and no mask on, very poor and not hygienic.

Ordered some food, the whole meal was not delivered. They need to train staff on their service. Not complaining just feedback given it’s a new hotel and up and coming.

Beautiful resort to reset
Pros:

This is a beautiful boutique Wellness resort, which I highly recommend. The accomodation, food, staff were all impeccable. We stayed in garden view villa with pool which was beautiful. The highlight was the daily 90min spa treatment. It is a wonderful place to relax for a few days.

Cons:

Apparently, the snacks are not complimentary. Was told minutes before our ta I arrived to the airport! Apparently its free with in the hotel grounds and that they need the bottles back to be refilled! ...both different price even tho they were the same size ? But the content is free??

Blissful retreat where you can relax and exhale
Pros:

Namia is otherworldly beautiful!
It took our breath away. Leaving the noise of Hoi an behind and entering this retreat is a dream come true.

There is so much nature and greenery, we had a spectacular view of the lake. The spa treatments were delightful and the food from breakfast through to dinner was amazing.

The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return.

I can’t say enough great things about it!!

Great wellness retreat. Great location.
Pros:

The spa is great, services and staff. Location is good. Buggy service is quick and available at all times. Vu (one of the massage therapists) was excellent. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Difficult to communicate with staff as most don’t speak basic English. Host not as immediately responsive as other five star hotels.

Spectacular. A true wellness resort.
Pros:

What an incredible resort. The team are so warm and inviting, each day you have the chance to reset through yoga and massages, a private pool. The food is fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tran, Quynh and Viet.

A truly memorable week
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Namia and it exceeded our already high expectations. Everything has been thoughtfully curated to provide a wonderful experience from the moment you arrive. The staff were so lovely, the treatments were incredible, the food was delicious and the room was hard to leave each day and a delight to return to. It was also surprisingly close to the hustle and bustle of beautiful HoiAn old town where we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Mango Mango over looking the river in the early evening. Within 15 minutes of easy walking we were back at the peaceful sanctuary of Namia. We hope that we get to experience Namia River Retreat again some day - but until then we will remember it with great fondness.

Best honeymoon ever
Pros:

What a phenomenal property. Easily one of the best hotel/resorts we’ve ever stayed at. My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING. The service was unbelievable! Special shoutout to Thao who was our host and was so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast was delicious and we LOVEDDDD the complimentary spa treatments every night. We’d come back to Vietnam JUST to stay here again!!! Thank u Namia for an unforgettable stay

Pros:

This is a newish resort with lovely villas set in lush green surroundings. We liked our room which had great views of the river, was spacious, comfortable and adorned with natural interior design. The breakfast was excellent, with many healthy options. The wellness program included is a key feature with various treatment programs offered, However it could benefit from a more professional consultation with a natural health practitioner at the beginning of each stay. I was lucky to be treated by a fantastic herbalist, but this occurred nearing the end of our stay.

Cons:

This is not the Hotel fault but... the Hotel is located close to rice fields. On the first nights of our stay farmers in the nearby fields were burning straw or rubbish and the air was heavy with smoke. This is not conducive to a wellness retreat environment. Also the quality of the lunch/dinner can be improved.
