Me & my husband stayed there for 09 days(12march-20march),amount taken (12march-21march)
Pros:

We stayed there for 10days, I liked the Receptionist & junior staff Behavior but manager (Suvrajit Bose) did cheat with us even not replying to our calls.
Washroom jet & commode was not working properly,

Cons:

"I stayed there for 9 days, but I was charged for 10 days, even though I had informed them 3 days in advance that my college work was finished,they told ok we will refund your & finished they haven't provide any refund.Please help me to get a refund for 1 day,I'm also a student only. My gaurdian also requested again & again the manager did not pick up my calls, nor did they provide the refund." Even he was not present on Duty only 16-18years staff was there,they were telling he is in movie hall,Till 2-3days he ignored our calls,He did total cheat with us. In future for the next semester Examination my parents will not allow us to there to stay.

Horrible and bad experience
Pros:

Horrible experience. At the last moment, I was informed that they cannot get a room and I was shifted by Oyo to some other hotel, which was not good.
